Eligible for submitting proposals are Austrian and Iranian Higher Education institutions – State Universities, Private Universities, Universities of Applied Sciences, University Colleges of Teacher Education and Research Institutions In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 and the latest applicable version some higher education institutions are not eligible.
