In this laboratory, services related to Raman spectroscopic analysis to identify functional groups, slow deposition and magnetic sputtering services, imaging of the surfaces of thin films and solid nanostructures with an AFM atomic force microscope, deposition using PECVD plasma chemical vapor deposition, measuring the magnetic properties of the material at room temperature with vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM).
This laboratory is held in the Faculty of Physics, Karaj Campus, located on the ground floor.
